Terms of service
1. About Ahoora
Ahoora is a UK sole-trader business. References to “Ahoora”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the trader identified at the end of these terms. Your purchase contract is with that trader trading as Ahoora.

Customer support is available through our website contact form, email and WhatsApp messaging. We do not offer telephone support through the WhatsApp number. Our address is not a walk-in shop.
Ahoora is not a limited company and has no company registration number. We are not registered for UK VAT and do not issue UK VAT invoices.
2. Scope and consumer rights
These terms apply to consumer purchases of physical goods through our website. Read them together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Product descriptions, specifications and delivery arrangements agreed before purchase form part of your contract. Please retain your order confirmation and the information supplied with your purchase.
Nothing in these policies excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
UK customers retain their applicable UK rights. EU customers retain applicable mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Customers elsewhere retain rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable local law.
3. Placing an order
You must be authorised to enter the purchase contract and use the payment method provided. Purchases by minors must involve an appropriately authorised parent or guardian.
Before paying, check your products, quantities, sizes, variants, personalisation details, delivery address and total price.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not itself constitute acceptance.
We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation or a separate email expressly accepting it. Personalised orders may be expressly accepted before production. Where goods are accepted separately, acceptance applies to the goods identified in the relevant confirmation.
Payment may be authorised or collected at checkout. Payment collection alone does not constitute acceptance. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you promptly and release or refund payment collected for the unaccepted goods.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailable stock, delivery restrictions, a genuine pricing error, unlawful personalisation or reasonable fraud concerns.
We will not automatically change an accepted order or charge a higher price without your agreement or a lawful basis.
4. Prices and payment
Available payment methods and the payment currency are displayed at checkout.
Prices include applicable taxes and import duties for the offered destination. Delivery charges, where applicable, are disclosed before payment.
Discounts apply under the conditions stated with the relevant offer. Subsequent price changes do not alter an accepted order.
If we identify a pricing or description error before acceptance, we will correct it and contact you where necessary. We will not substitute materially different goods without your agreement.
We may undertake proportionate payment-verification and fraud-prevention checks.
5. Product information
Check the description, measurements, materials, compatibility and safety information before ordering. Contact us if important information is unclear.
Images illustrate the goods. Screen settings may affect perceived colour, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description or agreed specification.
Goods must conform to the contract and meet applicable statutory standards.
6. Personalised and bespoke goods
Some goods are made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised using names, photographs, artwork or bespoke measurements you supply.
You are responsible for checking submitted information and any proof supplied for approval. Approved details form part of the agreed specification.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce submitted material, including appropriate permissions relating to people depicted.
You give Ahoora and the partners handling your order a limited licence to use that material to manufacture and fulfil your purchase and resolve related support issues. This does not permit its use in advertising without separate permission.
We may reject unlawful, infringing or prohibited content.
Contact us immediately to request amendments. Changes cannot be guaranteed after acceptance or production has begun.
A change in preference, or an error in customer-supplied details reproduced accurately by us, is not itself a product defect. We remain responsible for our own mistakes, faulty goods and goods that do not match the agreed specification.
Qualifying personalised or bespoke goods are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation as explained in our Return Policy.
Ordinary catalogue goods are not automatically excluded merely because they are printed or manufactured after purchase.
7. Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements, estimates, charges and delays. Our Return Policy explains cancellation, return costs, refunds and faulty-goods remedies.
Ahoora remains your contractual point of contact even where production or delivery partners fulfil the order.
For UK and EU consumer purchases, transit risk normally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. A statutory exception may apply where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.
Ownership passes once full payment has been received and delivery has occurred.
8. Website use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation.
Website content and branding belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Personal browsing and purchasing are permitted. Commercial reproduction requires permission from the relevant owner.
Reasonable security or maintenance restrictions do not remove obligations arising from accepted orders.
9. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Where legally permissible, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or losses caused solely by your misuse or breach.
These consumer terms concern private purchases. Where legally permissible, we do not accept liability for business losses arising from commercial use.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, non-excludable product liability or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Events outside our reasonable control may affect fulfilment. We will inform you and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. Such events do not automatically remove cancellation rights or entitle us to retain payment for undelivered goods.
10. Complaints and disputes
Contact Info@ahooraverse.co.uk or use our website form, providing your order number and details of the concern.
David Colman is our designated complaints contact.
If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide information about applicable alternative dispute resolution procedures where legally required.
You retain access to lawful consumer-authority and court remedies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence.
Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction under applicable rules. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or exclusive English jurisdiction where prohibited.
11. Changes and other provisions
The terms supplied for your purchase apply to that purchase. Later changes normally apply to future orders.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply so far as lawful. Failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
Any transfer of our contractual obligations will not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
