Shipping policy
1. Delivery destinations
We deliver to UK, EU and other international destinations offered at checkout.
Availability depends on the goods, destination, carrier services and applicable restrictions.
If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, contact us before ordering.
2. Costs and delivery estimates
Available delivery options, charges and estimated arrival times are displayed before payment.
Estimates vary by product and destination and include the processing or production arrangements stated for that purchase.
Personalised goods may take longer. Any applicable production or proof-approval arrangements are disclosed before ordering.
Dates described as estimates are not guaranteed appointments unless expressly agreed as binding. We remain responsible for contractual and statutory delivery obligations.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, the applicable UK/EU default is delivery without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If delivery by a particular date is essential, tell us before purchasing and obtain our agreement.
Your applicable rights regarding an agreed essential deadline remain available.
3. Dispatch and tracking
Goods may be dispatched from different production or fulfilment locations.
An order may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking references and delivery dates.
Splitting an order does not create an additional undisclosed delivery charge.
Where tracking is available, we send details through your order communications. Initial tracking updates may take time to appear.
Contact us if tracking information is missing or inconsistent.
Ahoora remains your point of contact for fulfilment problems.
4. Taxes and import duties
The checkout price includes applicable taxes and import duties for the destination offered.
Customers should not receive an additional import-tax or import-duty bill for the purchase.
If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests such payment, contact Info@ahooraverse.co.uk promptly with the notice.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement where necessary for a charge that should have been included.
Where practicable, contact us before incurring avoidable additional clearance-service costs. This does not restrict mandatory rights.
Ahoora is not registered for UK VAT. This does not remove applicable import-tax or overseas tax obligations.
5. Addresses and delivery attempts
Check your address and contact details before ordering.
Notify us immediately of an error. We will make reasonable efforts to amend it but cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.
Where legally permissible, additional direct costs actually caused by incorrect customer information or an avoidable missed collection may be payable by the customer, provided they are reasonable and explained.
We do not charge customers for errors caused by Ahoora or its delivery partners.
We do not impose automatic forfeiture of the purchase price for an address error.
Refusing or failing to collect a parcel is not a substitute for sending a clear cancellation notice.
6. Delays and non-delivery
Weather, customs checks and carrier disruption may affect timing.
We will inform you when we become aware of a material delay and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
Such events do not automatically remove cancellation or refund rights.
For UK/EU consumers, if we fail to deliver within the agreed period or applicable default period, you may normally require delivery within an additional reasonable period.
If we still fail, you may terminate and receive the refund due.
An additional period is unnecessary where applicable law permits immediate termination, including refusal to deliver or failure to meet an agreed essential deadline.
7. Tracking says delivered, but goods are missing
Check with household members and any delivery location you authorised, then contact us with the available details.
A carrier’s “delivered” scan is not, by itself, conclusive proof that our legal delivery obligation has been met.
We will investigate. You are not required to pursue the carrier as your only remedy.
8. Damage and transit risk
For UK/EU consumer orders, transit risk normally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
A statutory exception can apply where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.
Customers elsewhere retain applicable mandatory protections.
Inspect goods when reasonably possible and report damage or missing items. Keep packaging and photographs where practical.
An arbitrary short reporting deadline does not extinguish statutory rights.
Do not use visibly damaged electrical goods or batteries. Contact us for safe handling instructions.
9. Returns and contact
Our Return Policy explains cancellation, return postage, personalised-goods exclusions and faulty-goods remedies.
